Full Time Hours - Monday to Friday

Bulk Recruitment via Assessment Centres both in person and virtually

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist with experience in bulk recruitment and Assessment Centre facilitation for a full time permanent position. Working within a team based in Sandgate but also supporting a wider team nationally, you will be part of People & Culture. The People & Culture team comprises of experienced specialists in their chosen field. As caretakers of the Regis Way we are a positive, enthusiastic and friendly group who anticipate and meet the pace and needs of our business and are known for providing timely, credible and contemporary support.
Role:
End to end recruitment of our facility based roles - including bulk recruitment and Assessment Centre facilitation
Providing high quality customer service to our candidates - hands on recruitment process
Establish strong business partner relationships with your hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
Issue contracts accurately and in a timely manner
About you:
Experienced Recruitment professional (either Internal or Agency)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (accuracy)
Highly organized, and can manage competing requests
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Enjoy working fast paced, high volume with attention to detail and respect for compliance
Team Player
Experience in Health Care or the ability and willingness to learn new a industry

Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)
Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
Consistent with State and Territory public health orders and with Regis’ mandatory vaccination policy, all candidates must produce evidence that they have received the current (i.e. 2021) seasonal influenza vaccination or medical evidence to Regis’ satisfaction of an accepted clinical contraindication to receiving the influenza vaccination
