About the Role
Your dual role will be integral to the success of the organisation providing a broad range of People and Development and Operational office management support. You will work closely with the leadership team with employee relations, performance management, leadership capability and talent.
You will lead a small team of 3 including reception, procurement and facilities and ensure these functions run smoothly.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have gained experience in a dual role supporting leaders in a small professional services organisation. You will versatile, flexible and have a strong service ethic. Ideally you will have skills in Office Management who has also had responsibility for the people and culture in a similar small professional services organisation. Essential is your ability to assist leaders with practical advice and your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
