Tristar now has 34 clinics across most Australian states. An opportunity exists for an experienced generalist to deliver efficient and effective HR services that are valued by the entire workforce. You will engender credibility, enhance employee engagement and fulfill the HR requirements through

•Providing sound and timely advice in response to HR enquiries and requests.

• Preparing contracts, variations and other employment documents to meet the IT, payroll and roster processing requirements. 

•Seamless onboarding and offboarding.

 • Consistently maintaining accurate and current employee data and records as well as enhance the existing record management processes and systems.

 • Contributing to other HR programs as required.You will be supported by a HR Consultant and have HR administrative support. We would welcome your application if you have - 

• Relevant HR qualifications and/or at least 5 years’ experience in Australian employee and industrial relations as well as WHS and WorkCover experience is advantageous.

 • Highly motivated and professional manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to quickly build rapport and establish effective working relationships.

• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with limited supervision. 

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

• Flexibility to adapt to a fluid business environment and be able to quickly implement any industrial relations changes. 

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adept at analytics and reporting.
