About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to support the expansion of our company and help build on our success. Do you have a minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience within manufacturing or construction industry.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

· Conducting interviews

· Reference checking

· Managing compliance

· Data entry & database management

· Managing our candidate workforce

· Candidate sourcing and onboarding

· Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

· Experience using MYOB (Highly Regarded)

The Successful Applicant

· Either agency or internal recruitment experience (Highly Regarded)

· Strong communicator

· Driven and outcome focused

· Be able to follow set procedures

· Strong phone manner

· Highly motivated individual eager to support the business through an exciting growth phrase

Job Location: Cairns QLD

Pay Rate: $28.86 PH

Start Date: ASAP

Roster: 8:00am – 4:00pm (3 days a week to begin with)
