About the Role
Looking to welcome a motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive Entry Level WHS Coordinator who will work closely alongside the OHS Manager on systems and onsite safety. Strong communication skills are a must as you will be required to engage with internal and external stakeholders and help promote safety across the business. You must be result driven and willing to take ownership of your role.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Assist in developing and maintaining Work Health and Safety System.
- Promoting and raising awareness of WH&S to build a safety culture, in turn ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all team members.
- Assist with Injury Management
- Organise staff training and maintain training matrix.
- Liaise with managers, team leaders and employees to gather data on OHS training, compliance and general WHS documentation; and
- Assist with the preparation of monthly executive reports.
- Assist in incident investigation.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Strong work ethics and positive attitude.
- Strong digital literacy across various commonly used Microsoft applications.
- Ability to meet deadlines and strong organisational skills.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or in the process of completion (desirable).
- RTW Coordinator Certificate (desirable)
- Proactive thinker, with an energetic personality
