Full Job Description
As the Instructional Design / Training Coordinator you’ll be instrumental in designing and developing a suite of OnDemand education material for employees.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in scoping, storyboarding and designing content.
Develop training content to onboard new users across our multiple product offerings.
Write a suite of eLearning modules
Engage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop effective and engaging e-learning content.
Engage and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to continual iterate and improve our content.
Support in monitoring and evaluation the impact of the content developed
Identify employee development needs and plan training activities to increase and enhance knowledge and skills of employees
Plan, manage, coordinate & track the implementation of the submitted training plans.
Perform other ad-hoc task pertaining to Human Resource duties as and when necessary.

The successful candidate will ideally possess two years of exposure in training and development environment and the ability to work on their own initiative.

Key requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in instructional design / training coordination
Experience in use of a relevant Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning or data management
Excellent communication skills and the ability to express thoughts, information and ideas in a clear manner
Good knowledge and experience in the application of adult learning theories and digital learning principles
Have a strong desire for knowledge and continuous learning
High level of flexibility and the ability to multi-task across programs and prioritise competing demands
Experience in designing non-accredited training from concept to delivery
Strong administrative and computer skills, including a sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications, including PowerPoint

This role is a full-time, fixed term contract role of approximately 6 months in duration. The role is based in Adelaide and will work to a hybrid work model between home and office.
