About the role

Well for a start, you'll be Happy....Because of growth, Happy HR is currently looking for a sales consultant to join our team.

You will receive full training and education on the product. What we want is a person who wants to take their career to the next level. A can-do attitude is important! 

Warm leads are provided via our marketing team.

As a Happy HR platform subject matter expert, this position is responsible for successfully demonstrating the Happy HR software to potential clients and turning them into new happy subscribers!

You will also conduct some account management activities to ensure that premium services are understood by our subscribers and sold on these services.

This role will focus on always working with integrity and developing long-term relationships with our subscribers. You will liaise between subscribers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our subscribers needs.

General Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Demonstrating, educating and closing clients and partners on the software and HR services via webinar (Zoom)
  • Building trust and always behaving with integrity
  • Account management and up selling
  • Ability to solution sell to small and large clients
  • Working closely with management team to deliver sales targets and revenue
  • Ensuring that all activity levels required to deliver performance indicators are met
  • Preparing client emails
  • Follow up with client issues as they arise

You must have the ability to up and cross sell to new and existing products to clients.

Key requirements

  • 1-2+ years of selling B2B in a SaaS / Web, Digital Marketing, finance / payroll Recruitment / Banking or other with proven ability and examples of your ability to close.
  • Proven experience in effectively being able to present to business owners or managers - we do this face to face or via webinar (zoom)
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence sales over the phone
  • Capable of preparing client emails to a professional standard
  • Able to use a CRM successfully (We use Agile CRM)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Persistent approach to time management
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness
  • Excellent planning, organisation and computer skills
  • High degree of accountability and attention to detail
  • Flexible and open to change
