About The Role

Role Location- Melbourne or Sydney

Role Type- Permanent & Full-time

This role will support and deliver prioritised strategic initiatives, change and transformation for ANZ within the scope and mission of Transforming T&C Tribe. This role will have a strong focus on Organisation Design activity, supporting the business end to end organisation design and restructuring. Working closely with the in scope business area, this role will provide expertise in organisation design, operating model design, governance, decision rights and accountability design.

In addition to your focus on organisation design activities, your scope of work may also include-
  • Large-scale people initiatives aligned to strategic business priorities
  • Shaping our future organisation through people change activities, including restructures and M&A support.

This role is accountable for-
  • Supporting and advising the business on the end to end organisation design and restructuring activity
  • Contributing to developing the Organisation Design proposition bringing a human centred design lens to the proposition
  • Undertake peer coaching and act as an SME for other team members, particularly sharing knowledge and experience
  • At more senior levels, contribute to on-boarding work and resource allocation processes for the PTC and OD roles
  • Leading larger more complex organisation design projects will be undertaken by team members at more senior levels and shadowing opportunities will be provided to build team capability
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, M&A, change and transformation / restructuring activity for ANZ

In a typical day or week, you will-
  • Conduct current state assessments of in scope organisation/functions/teams and analyse thematic pain points to inform future design.
  • Define target state organisation design that aligns with the organisation strategy
  • Identify and support the design of interventions to ensure the sustainability of the organisation design by using scenario testing to be sure the organisation will be flexible to respond to various business and environmental challenges
  • Support the design of clear governance and accountabilities to support effective decision making within the business
  • Coaching peers, supporting team members by discussing options for managing issues/risks arising on organisation design and restructure projects
  • Participating in PTC and TT&C ceremonies
  • Contributing to PTC and Organisation Design Continuous Improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing with peers etc.
