Our People and Culture generalist team has an important role in enhancing the success of the Financial Advisory line of service

Working in a team of talented and passionate HR professionals, our People Managers are an agile and dynamic pool of problem solvers, subject matter experts deployed on a variety of culture, talent, organisational design and change projects and life-cycle events (e.g. annual review), that drive the commercial success of Financial Advisory.


 

As a People Manager- 6 months FTC in our Financial Advisory Line of Service, your impact will be seen by:

  • Leading and delivering a range of strategic and transformational culture, talent, organisational design and change projects in partnership with the business and centres of excellence that have a direct impact on the success of our business, to enable the growth of the Financial Advisory line of service and achievement of its People Strategy.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, centre of expertise and People Business Partners to deliver life-cycle people events including goal setting, and performance and remuneration review career planning, succession planning and talent, cycles across the line of service / business. This will include salary and bonus modelling for operating units, and leading calibration meetings, in line with the review protocols.
  • Reviewing data and people perspectives surveys, and other people data sources (e.g. People Insights Dashboard) to provide insight and analysis to help drive cultural change.


About you 

You are an HR generalist experienced in delivering lifecycle events with experience in program and project management. You demonstrate knowledge in data and analytical acumen with ability to navigate and interpret PwC data and insights available from People Insights Dashboard, Culture Amp (Mojo), surveys, and Workday . You will have strong stakeholder management, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills with proven experience coaching and developing line managers, team leaders and partners.
