Overview

The Global Sourcing COE at Accenture has a unique opportunity to join a growing, agile, innovative team as a Recruiter for Recruiters. As a Recruiter on our team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative and aggressive methods to penetrate the talent landscape to source, evaluate, interview and pipeline experienced Recruiting candidates for our team. The Recruiter will develop deep relationships and alignment with our Recruiting leaders in order to support current and upcoming demand. The Recruiter will also cultivate relationships with key experienced candidates and talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs and strategic long-term demand.

What Would You Do?

Manage an end-to-end recruiting life cycle by aggressively sourcing, identifying, screening, and closing Recruiter candidates for various practices across Accenture
Use innovative sourcing techniques and screening methods to determine if candidates are a fit for a defined position
Manage the interview process for both managers and candidates
Research, gather market intelligence and report on talent landscape
Deliver results with little supervision to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
Learn, articulate and sell our offerings, culture and business initiatives
Develop and nurture a pipeline of Recruiter talent
Maintain candidate database and recruiting pipelines in applicant tracking system
Build relationships with hiring managers - initiate kick-off calls to understand candidate profile and provide regular updates to manager
Create weekly reports on pipelines, activity and offers

Who Do We Need?

3+ years end-to-end recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting environment
2+ years of proven ability to effectively manage multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of proven experience in sourcing for passive candidates using LinkedIn and nontraditional tools

Bonus points if:
You have experience recruiting Recruiters
You have experience recruiting for a consulting organization
You have demonstrated the ability to deliver a balance of quality and quantity in candidate pipeline
You have knowledge of information technology and applicant tracking systems, as well as various methods of creative Internet sourcing (e.g., blogs, social and professional networking sites, Boolean search logic, search modifiers, etc.)
You have a proven ability to manage a robust candidate pipeline in order to support a variety of roles
Desire and ability to drive innovative techniques and processes across recruiting streams
Strong organizational skills, including time management and multitasking.
Ability to find solutions and "get things done" mindset
