Main Duties and Expectations
Under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, the Human Resources & Payroll Support Officer will assist HR management with meeting the HR expectations through staff engagement and assisting business managers with general HR requirements.
  • Understand the demands of the position, follow the organisational values,
support team members and deliver exceptional customer service to internal
and external stakeholders
  • High level communication on staff engagement, strategic and operational
delivery and any other relevant areas that the Head of Human Resources
should be aware of.
  • Team engagement, culture and values accountability;
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in this space and have excellent communication skills. You will need to have the ability to work autonomously and have an amazing work ethic.
