We currently have an opportunity to support a busy recruitment team who drive large recruitment projects to ensure the timely delivery of recruitment outcomes to a quality standard.

This role needs an organisational dynamo, a true admin professional with strong communication skills to manage high volumes of applicant enquiries, database entries and XL spreadsheet management. Exposure to talent or recruitment or HR teams is highly desired so that you understand our context, can deal with enquiries effectively and can support our applicants, but above all the ability to cope with a fast pace and be highly organised is key.

About The Role

The key to success in this role is your drive to drive admin processes with high attention to detail:
Schedule candidate interviews on behalf of our client
  • Deep dive into spreadsheets and data workflows to manage and track applications
  • Create recruitment schedules and recruitment plans from data sets.
  • Quality check large data sets and information deliverables
  • Send correspondence to applicants related to recruitment activity
  • Move and manage large candidate data sets with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support a busy recruitment team with general administrative tasks
Your Experience

Your Background Will Include
  • Advanced ability to create and navigate XL spreadsheets
  • Excellent time management, prioritising and organisational skills
  • Strong service and quality focus with a high attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in e-recruit systems is most desirable.
  • Experience in high volume time sensitive administration
