JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Designing learning programs from concept, through to storyboarding and partnering with Training Specialists and stakeholders to implement programs and evaluate the outcome.
  • Taking a hands on approach to designing graphics, filming and editing videos, creating audio, modules, documentation, guides and more.
  • Working collaboratively across the Capability and the broader People and Culture team to interpret the brief and develop new programs.
  • Managing project plans and stakeholders to deliver projects to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Supporting the ongoing program management of BAU training programs across Support Office.
  • Instructional Designer,
    you will support capability development across our Retail, Support Office, and Warehouse Divisions. Reporting to the National Training and Development Manager, you'll play a key role in building organisational capability in topics like leadership development, personal effectiveness, customer service excellence, onboarding and recruitment, and complex compliance and safety offerings - just to name a few.

    As a Successful Candidate, You Will Have
    • Experience as a mid-level instructional designer, crafting learning for customer facing and corporate audiences.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels to implement projects successfully.
    • Fluent in digital tools such as Articulate360, Adobe Creative, Video Editing and MS Office.
    • Learning agility and adaptability to respond to business needs.
    • Further education in one or more of the following areas preferred: multimedia, graphic design, psychology, education, or workplace training.
    • Experience in a retail, hospitality, events, leisure, or a similar industry advantageous.
