What will your typical day look like?
You’ll actively contribute to the Firm’s 3 year Talent strategy and All In gender representation strategy, by supporting the ongoing transformation of our Reward programs, to deliver internal equity and external competitiveness. You’ll join a specialist team of Performance, Reward and Workforce Analytics practitioners who work collaboratively with HR Partners, key business stakeholders and Centres of Expertise in shaping our employee experience and embedding continuous improvements across the Firm.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You’re someone with:

  • Data science or analytics experience with a keenness to mine our data, correlate and draw insights in ways no one here has thought of yet.
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing remuneration and wider reward programs, within large, complex organisations.
  • An interest in great governance, a strong sense of ethics and a desire to advocate for employees and the business, to enable fairness and transparency.
  • Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in salary survey submissions, analysis and building equitable pay ranges
  • Experience building Reward dashboards ideally in Tableau and manipulating data with excel to draw out insights will be highly regarded, as will an interest in Inclusion, fairness and Employee Recognition.
