Your Role:

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;

  • Partner with the Senior Manager People Transformation to develop and lead the overarching Workplace + Wellness strategy to drive team member engagement and productivity through ensuring an exceptional workplace experience that supports holistic wellbeing.
  • Planning and execution of the Be Well framework to deliver whole of person initiatives, partnering with the Be Well Squad to deliver engaging and relevant events and content for our hybrid workforce.
  • Responsible for the Workplace Health and Safety protocols and processes as part of the Be Well framework.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive experiences and memorable moments for our team members.
  • To deliver on the strategic roadmap for the internal communications foundations, processes, platforms, channels and cadence and partner with the business on the execution of business requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to lead the development and implementation of internal communications projects that align with business initiatives and requirements.
  • Assist in designing fit for purpose change management plans (program or total organisation) to contribute to the successful design, implementation and adoption of business initiatives and goals (including the why for change, change impact assessments, change planning and execution, transition plans)
  • Formulate and execute stakeholder engagement, communication and training plans to achieve a coordinated approach across impacted internal team members and external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and integration teams.
  • Work with people experience team to identify any learning needs and develop appropriate plans to address the capabilities and skills the business requires to be successful.

Your Experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business or Human Resources, and/ or relevant Industry experience.
  • Deep understanding of how to apply change management practices in an agile or hybrid environment.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery of communications strategies and effectively engaging stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, flexible and pragmatic approach to driving and embedding required change outcomes into the business.
  • Analytical in nature with a passion for problem solving.
  • Ability to work on and switch context between multiple initiatives at any given point in time.
  • Ability to think strategically and piece together all operational elements in a business that is going through significant complexity and volume of change.
  • Ability to operate in a small to medium sized business undergoing significant transformation.
  • Ability to work in agile environments to deliver flexible and pragmatic business outcomes.
  • Passionate about wellness with at least 5 years of communications or project management experience.
  • A creative, practical and positive thinker who adopts an energetic, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
