Insight is a Global Fortune 500 IT company. We were awarded #6 Best Place to Work in Australia 2020. We currently have an opportunity available in our Perth office for a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a 6 month maternity leave contract, 4 days per week.

The role would suit a high performing Agency recruiter who would like to make their move into the world of internal recruitment, or for an internal recruiter that has worked in a strategic recruitment role, focusing on Senior IT Specialists.

Key responsibilities

Your role will be to gain access to the top talent in your local market and hire the best candidates for the business.

This will involve:

  • Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring requirements
  • Direct sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands
  • Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding
  • Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers
  • Championing our brand and promoting Insight as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities

Essential requirements:-

  • Great ‘can do’ attitude
  • Solid experience in IT recruitment
  • Experience with competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
  • Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to conduct boolean searches
  • Proven examples of headhunting for niche IT technical roles
  • Proven experience in driving employee profile/brand in the market
  • A passion for adding value and having fun in a team based environment!
