About the Role
Reporting into the Group Manager for People & Culture, this is a senior partnering role that will play a significant part in implementing the people strategy, with particular focus on lifting business capability in order to shift from reactive HR to a more strategic function.

This role will see you being hands-on and adaptable in the implementation people strategy in the following ways:
  • Applying your generalist knowledge across all aspects of the employee lifecycle to deliver measurable value to the business.
  • Identify, nurture and retain strong talent who contribute to business success, values and culture.
  • Building leadership capability and leading change management at a team, individual and organisation level.
  • Taking the lead on key projects, and achieving the desired outcome in a cost and time effective manner.
  • Embed, champion and measure employee engagement commitments

About You
Tertiary qualified, you will have previous senior HR partnering experience and accustomed to operating in a fast paced, growing business. Your pragmatic, 'hands on' approach to the implementation of the people strategy will ensure measurable outcomes for the business, as will your strong understanding of people data and analytics.

Your strong work ethic and collaborative style will lend itself well to the internal culture, and prior experience working in financial services and/or technology will also be highly regarded.

This is a full time permanent role. The annual salary on offer is circa $170,000 including super. Candidates slight above or below this mark will also be considered.
