Leading Construction company require a HR Coordinator

Your new company
Hays Human Resources are currently working with a heavy industry client who are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR team on a permanent basis.


Your new role
You will provide ongoing HR Generalist support to the business including but not limited to:

  • End to end Recruitment
  • Onboarding of employees
  • Providing HR advice
  • Training Coordination
  • Updating and maintaining employee files
  • Maintaining the HR filing system
  • Participating in the ER and Performance Management process




What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will a have recent HR Coordination and Recruitment experience ideally within another heavy industry business. You will have the ability to hit the ground running within a busy team environment and have impeccable attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt easily to changing work commitments is essential.
