You will provide high level support to monitor attendance, performance and the health and wellbeing of staff.

  • Creating and being a part of a high performing team, focusing on growth, customer satisfaction and delivery.
  • Managing, supporting and development of Labour Hire Staff.
  • Monitoring attendance, performance and the health and wellbeing of staff.
  • Managing escalated enquiries and cases including attendance issues, performance management and conduct matters.
  • Developing Labour Hire Staff capability through leading coaching sessions and identification of learning and development needs.
  • Providing advice and interpretation of agreed HR policies and procedures to Labour Hire Staff and Managers.
  • Providing accurate reporting and presenting relevant information, to management and other required stakeholders.
  • Applying relevant Award, Labour Hire Agreement, Conditions of Employment and people related policies and guidelines.

  • Relevant experience as a Contact Centre Team Lead or Manager preferred
  • Experience supporting and managing a large workforce
  • Experience in managing Legislative Requirements (IR, ER, WHS etc)
  • Highly resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to manage situations with a high degree of sensitivity
  • Effective communication to influence outcome and achieve business objectives
  • Strong problem solving and analysing skills to reach well-informed outcomes
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
  • Successful applicants must be Australian Citizens with ability to undergo client specific checks
