What are your key responsibilities as a Lead Consultant?

This is a true people leadership role where you will coach, develop and inspire a high performing team of 5. More specifically, you will:

  • Define the engagement matrix and support the team’s planning and implementation of account and engagement plans, in line with client business objectives and IRI company vision and goals
  • Identify client business opportunities or challenges and educate and demonstrate IRI capabilities/solutions to address these business needs by sharing IRI thought leadership and engaging subject matter experts as required
  • Be responsible for the team’s client contract, financials (including invoicing), renewal and growth revenue target
  • Implement and coach others on best practice briefing process, analysis planning and problem-solving client business challenges
