JOB DESCRIPTION

The Company:

Nationally recognised home appliances business with over 60 showrooms alone. Due to expansion, they require a HR Administrator for a long term assignement with the strong view to permanancy.

The Role:

Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Officer, your role will include but not be limited to;

  • Assist in the end to end completion of contract preparation
  • Creation and completion of HR Letters; letters of offer, appraisals, management letters
  • Managing multiple email inboxes across the teams
  • Completing new starter induction procedures and documentation for all new starters
  • Managing sick and annual leave requests
  • Roster maintenance and management
  • Scheduling of Sales Reps across 60 showrooms
The Candidate:
  • Minimum 2+ Years Human resources exposure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Impeccable communication skills both written and oral
  • Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel
