The Role
With exceptional people doing an exceptional job at Ignite, we are looking to grow our teams to meet the increasing demand post COVID. We are looking for full time Recruitment Consultants to specialise in IT & Digital roles within our Sydney & North Strathfield offices. You will be working to fill roles alongside an inspired team and fearless Lead Consultant!


  • Determine appropriate sourcing methods to maximise expenditure and reduce time to hire.
  • Build an accurate candidate profile, become a subject matter expert, to drive an effective sourcing strategy.
  • Locate, attract and retain skilled candidates through proactive recruiting and engagement techniques including using personal networks to locate and refer prospective candidates as well as social media and traditional job boards.
  • Partner with both candidates and Hiring Managers during the decision-making process, resolving concerns and managing objections promptly.
  • Utilise and source platforms as well as traditional business systems to identify active and passive talent.
  • Develop effective internal and external relationships to facilitate and share market knowledge
  • Stay abreast of emerging roles and opportunities with current clients and targeted industry sectors.

Must Have:

  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with a strong customer service orientation in either recruitment or sales related roles.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated to achieve and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators. Demonstrated high level organisational skills including time management and record management
  • A ‘glass half full’ outlook
  • The desire to work with, and contribute to, an amazing team
