  • Conducting interviews (either from office or remote locations)
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Monitor employee compliance: police and working with children checks
  • Prepare contracts and associated paperwork
  • Conducting staff on boarding/induction sessions

About you:

  • Someone who can follow process and work autonomously. Ideally you will have 1 year plus experience as a recruitment / HR administrator.
  • Able to manage high workloads and urgent needs
  • Willing to travel for recruitment, as needed
  • Administration skills with highly developed computer proficiency
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and like to contribute to the team
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
