About The Opportunity

This is a new career opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the Add Staff team. You will join a positive, high energy work environment where client and candidate solutions are our key priority. 

The roles you will assist with will be diverse, including blue and white collar positions. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing and engagement, building candidate relationships and assisting in ongoing support
  • Advertising new opportunities, screening and short listing candidates
  • Using Social Media to support company candidate engagement strategies, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and employees
  • Ensure all database information is accurately maintained
  • Create a positive candidate experience
