About the role:

This position is a key contributor in the successful implementation of a new global Human Capital Management (HCM) system at Palladium. Working collaboratively with the HR team, business leaders and other key stakeholders, you will deliver best in class solutions to improve responsiveness, quality, consistency and efficiency across all HR administrative and technological functions.

By reviewing and updating all existing processes, tools and methodologies, you will ensure we leverage full capacity from the new platform whilst also utilising change management principles to fully engage end users.

What you will need to do:

  • Create and apply a structured methodology and change management strategy to support the functional implementation of the new system.
  • Map all current end-to-end HR processes and seek opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
  • Work closely with HR team members to understand current challenges and opportunities and work collaboratively to find solutions.
  • Work closely with our internal IT team and the appointed implementation partner to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with Global Finance to ensure HR processes flow seamlessly from and to finance systems and processes.
  • Work with the Global Internal Communications Manager to ensure internal stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Work with the Instructional Designer to produce online and live training modules to support implementation. Assist HR Leads with training delivery as required. 
  • Deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget, and ensure all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Build strong partnerships with the business to secure support and mitigate resistance.
  • Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What we need from you:

  • Previous relevant experience in HR transformation projects, with a strong understanding of the HR function itself (preferably in a professional services environment)
  • Significant experience leading system implementations across a complex and geographically dispersed business
  • Strong organisation, communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management
  • Analytical and creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to engage and lead others whilst also challenging the status quo
  • Exception communication skills, both written and verbal
