How will I help?

Your Main Accountabilities Will Include

We are seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to provide support for all aspects of the performance and reward cycle with a focus on reward governance execution and provision of support on projects through research, analysis, paper drafting and reporting.

  • Provide support and assist in the implementation of calendar events, divisional and functional remuneration oversight committees across the Group, including the mid-year and annual performance cycles.
  • Support the HR engagement through communication drafting, SharePoint site design and management and providing support to the Analyst team.
  • Support the risk adjusted remuneration cycle ensuring consistency across divisions.
  • Work collaboratively with reward specialists across the Westpac Group to support the delivery of group wide calendar events.
  • Translating reward strategy and conducting analysis to support the design, delivery and implementation of policies, programs and roles, in line with Group policies & wider business objectives.
  • Providing interpretation of policy, providing appropriate pay data and related analysis

What do I need?

  • Previous reward experience within a complex environment
  • Proven experience in governance, analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in translating and analysing data
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly report writing
  • Good knowledge of analytical tools in Excel
  • HR knowledge, particularly an understanding of relevant legislation, preferred.
