About the Role

Reporting through to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Coordinator will play an integral role within a wider People Team that supports a global retail network. This role will see you supporting HR & Recruitment functions through the effective (and creative!) management of our systems/platforms, administrative functions, as well as low-risk advisory support. Not only that, but you will have the chance to be involved in the development of some super exciting HR projects to further develop and engage the workforce Globally! Major areas of responsibility will include:


  • Manage and maintain HR internal & external platforms to ensure employee engagement and employer brand is upheld
  • Manage all HR administrative tasks in line with deadlines supporting to support Business Partners
  • Organise and execute HR & Culture projects and initiatives ensuring these are aligned with EVP & Brand values
  • Utilise your creative flair to manage the Lorna Jane internal employee Instagram Page
  • Action all troubleshooting enquiries/issues across the LMS system in a timely manner
  • Manage internal employee paperwork & contracts ensuring consistent data integrity
  • Support with low-risk advisory cases
  • Manage internal HR inboxes with timely responses
  • Administrative support across the full recruitment function
  • Acting as a Lorna Jane ambassador, promoting our values and fostering a positive culture


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR / Recruitment Administrative support
  • Experience in managing and maintaining systems & platforms
  • The ability to exercise sound judgement, take initiative, and challenge the status quo
  • Resilience, agility and an ability to work in a fast-paced and everchanging environment
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Effective problem solving & time management skills
  • Ability to manage project timelines
  • A growth mindset, taking personal accountability for your results and your progression
  • Passion for promoting Lorna Jane’s brand philosophy and values
  • A focus on continuous improvement with a penchant for seeking new and innovative ways of working
