About The Role

Join a proactive and collaborative operations team as the Quality Assurance Officer/ Compliance and Systems Coordinator. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Improve the sites safety performance to deliver an independent safety culture
  • and deliver the safety plan initiatives
  • Deliver training to staff in safety management systems and processes
  • Support the Return to Work Coordination by working with site leadership, to develop RTW plans and monitor the progress
  • Develop a behavioural based safety culture by ongoing mentoring and coaching at all levels on site
  • Support implementation of the 5S system by building engagement
About Your Experience

You will be a proactive and people-orientated team player, who demonstrates commitment to safety as a core value. Having excellent stakeholders influencing skills at all levels. A self-starter, who possess a systematic thought process in problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will also have:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience OHS&E in a manufacturing environment
  • Ideally Tertiary qualifications in OHS&E ideal
  • Rehabilitation and Return to Work Certification & Certificate in Training & Assessment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to deliver training initiatives
  • Computer literacy and highly developed planning, reporting and organisational skills.
