The Role

Become a valued business partner and consultant to implement the business strategy via the recruitment, retention, engagement and performance of our talent.

Some of the duties of this role will be:

  • Developing trusted relationships with your internal clients
  • Internal champion ensuring everyone understand and lives their values
  • Work with management and external consultants to derive insights from their bi-annual eNPS and develop improvement plans.
  • Creative and enthusiastic approach to building social capital within and between regions.
  • Work with hiring managers on recruitment both internal and via agencies
  • Partnering with leaders to support employee performance, coaching, training and development
  • Identifying value-add opportunities and leading projects across the P&C function
  • Managing change and communications for key P&C projects and initiatives
  • Setting up, updating and maintaining policies consistent with our values.
  • Project management and improvement of our onboarding and offboarding experiences

About You

To be success in securing this opportunity, you will have the following:

  • Interest and affinity for technology
  • Strong growth mindset essential to succeed in a high growth proptech business

  • A proactive, can-do and consultative approach
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant discipline
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a tech firm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are comfortable with numbers and the use of data to inform P&C Strategies, understand trends in eNPS, performance.
  • You are a Critical thinker
