3 month role available for an experienced People and Culture Administrator to work in the Engineering Sector

Your new company
Hays Human Resources have a 3 month temporary opportunity available for an experienced People and Culture Administrator to work within the Human Resources/Recruitment team for one of our clients in the Engineering Sector. This vacancy is based in Adelaide Northern Suburbs and is to commence immediately. This role also has a potential extension for another 3 months.

Your new role
Reporting to the Human Resources Team Leader, you will support the Human Resources and Recruitment team in all areas of administration. Your responsibilities will include: processing all contracts and offer letters, assisting with pre-registration, updating employee details, training coordination along with being responsible for the recruitment administration process with reference checking, booking in medicals and visa checks.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience supporting a Human Resources and Recruitment team. You must have a critical eye and excellent organisation skills. You will have great communication skills and have the ability to liaise with various stakeholders as well as work effectively in an autonomous capacity.
