About The Role

In the Grow to Perform Tribe, our mission is to help people build the capabilities they need to deliver today, transform the bank, and be future ready. Forming a large part of the Grow to Perform tribe is the Always Learning Value Uplift product area. We are accountable for learning culture, strategy, channels, technology, strategic capability and overall governance of ANZ's learning operating model.

Currently in the Always Learning Product Area we are at an exciting time in the execution of our new learning strategy, which includes leading the development of our strategic capabilities, rolling out our new enterprise capability framework, and evolving our learning operating model. To achieve all of this, there are a number of exciting permanent opportunities available in our Always Learning Capability squad.

Some of the key accountabilities for these roles will include:
  • An initial focus on leading the bank wide rollout of our new enterprise capability framework.
  • Partnering with the business to stand up world class learning experiences in support of our fourteen strategic capabilities, and supporting work focused on execution of our learning strategy.
  • End-to-end management of learning product development projects (including advisory on project scope, coordinating contributions from SMEs and specialists, and liaison with stakeholders and vendor partners)
  • Supporting the day to day operational execution of our learning strategy, liaising with our divisional capability teams and helping drive day to day operational excellence in the Always Learning product area.
  • Development and maintenance of documentation for course design, project management, evaluation, and review
  • Working as part of a cross-functional Capability team using agile methodologies
  • Engagement with Grow To Perform on ANZ learning policies, priorities and strategic initiatives to improve learning outcomes in programs and courses at all levels
About You
To grow and be successful in these roles, you will ideally bring some of the following:
  • Experience (or a keen interest and passion in) Learning and/or Organisational Development
  • The ability to create and support simple and pragmatic solutions
  • Consulting skills, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively through issues within and across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explore needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions
