We have a new, permanent opportunity for a Principal Talent Specialist to join our technical & professional team based in our South Perth office. This is a 360 position and requires someone with a good mix of customer service/client relationship and recruitment skills.

You will be either a generalist across the industry sectors above OR a specialist in one or more of these industries and have the ability to step up into a leading another consultant. 


Reporting to the National Technical & Professional Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building, growing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships; there is a solid base of existing clients and PSA’s however you will also be requiring to build and service a portion of new business
  • Regular visits to our clients’ offices or sites
  • Supplying suitable candidates to meet our client’s demands – this will be a mix of both permanent and contingent hires
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates via headhunting, networking, advertising, detailed searches via internal and external databases & systems
  • Writing Adverts for Job Boards and other Social Media platforms, and managing ad response
  • Candidate interviews, registrations and screen safes
  • Conducting employment references and suitability of applicants and generating leads
  • Provide commercial and personnel solutions to our clients

We are looking for someone with a strong customer service focus who is driven by results and hungry to learn & grow. 

With a flat management structure and a strong team/infrastructure support we are able to make quick decisions that will set you up to succeed. 

  • Substantial Recruitment experience in a 360 position within one or more of the industry sectors above
  • Demonstrated business development & account management experience
  • A solution focused attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Leadership experience or potential and a great team working ethos
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Commercial acumen
