Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to and working alongside a progressive and supportive HRM
  • Assisting with HR administration with an emphasis on recruitment processes
  • Working with the HRIS (Konnect)
  • Posting Job Adverts
  • Preparing Contracts
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Onboarding
  • Conducting Reference checks
  • Assisting with other HR project administration
To be successful in this application:
  • Highly desirable to have experience working with the HRIS Konnect
  • Proactive, can'do' attitude
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
