The Position: 

The People & Culture Coordinator is accountable for driving workforce growth, retention, development, and set standards for enforcing the values and culture of Omega Industries.

The most suited person to fit in our culture:-

  • Strategic workforce planning and thinking of the bigger picture
  • Developing employee satisfaction surveys to improve service delivery and connecting with stakeholders to remain up to date with relevant trends

Mandatory requirements

  • Degree holder in HR / Business / Marketing or related disciplines
  • Previous business experience in HR
  • Solid knowledge in HR software to implement
  • Experience with posting job ads and interviewing candidates
