The Position: 

The People & Culture Coordinator is accountable for driving workforce growth, retention, development, and set standards for enforcing the values and culture of Omega Industries.


The most suited person to fit in our culture:-

  • Excellent vocabulary and spelling 
  • Must have advanced skills in Google/Microsoft Ecosystem (and if you're not, have above average googling and forum reading skills).

Responsibilities 

  • HRM system management and updates
  • Employee data management
  • Administration of HR
  • Helping to create new processes, procedures, and platforms
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • The full employee life cycle, both at a strategic and operational level
  • Industrial and employee relations
  • Policy and procedure management
  • Performance review and management process
  • Talent pipelining
  • Understanding industry guidelines and standards and helping to meet compliance and risk audits
  • Strategic workforce planning and thinking of the bigger picture
  • Developing employee satisfaction surveys to improve service delivery and connecting with stakeholders to remain up to date with relevant trends


Mandatory requirements

  • Degree holder in HR / Business / Marketing or related disciplines
  • Previous business experience in HR
  • Solid knowledge in HR software to implement
  • Experience with posting job ads and interviewing candidates
