Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager who is excited by the opportunity to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that will deliver on critical talent projects and ensure we source top talent for the firm. The role requires a hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level, a keen eye for process improvement and a proven track record of successfully leading a Talent Acquisition team.

Key Focus Areas:
Building and leading a highly effective Talent Acquisition team that successfully partners with stakeholders across the firm;
Transforming the Talent Acquisition function and delivering strategies to engage talent, improve hiring decisions and deliver a superior candidate and hiring manager experience;
Developing analysis, reporting and market insights for key stakeholders regarding recruitment success, trends and opportunities;
Optimising our Talent Acquisition systems, policies and processes, and ensuring they’re aligned with Maurice Blackburn’s mission, values and EVP;
Managing the recruitment budget and spend always looking for optimal and effective recruitment solutions;
Conducting end to end recruitment.

About You

A proven ability to successfully work in a team and across functions with different personalities and styles of communication is key to success in this role. Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence whilst acting with urgency is an essential requirement. Being proficient in the use of recruitment platforms and systems including SEEK Premium Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter and PageUp will ensure you have the key tools for the role.

A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related degree will be highly advantageous.
