Concentrix Tigerspike in Brisbane is our newest office. We opened in 2019 and since then our team has experienced exceptional growth off the back of some amazing work done around new business, project delivery, and client innovation. So far we’ve been working on a large project with frontline government services, providing key services that are fundamental to the safety and wellbeing of citizens. We love what we do in an informal, yet high-energy office. We have supported each other through the challenges of a growing office and also managed to maintain our team spirit and culture throughout the changes. What's the job?

In this role, you will:

  • Have strong experience in sourcing and attracting candidates via a variety of search techniques, such as social media, job boards, networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain our Concentrix Tigerspike sourcing pipeline.
  • Find qualified passive candidates via Linkedin Recruiter and our ATS.
  • Work closely with the talent team, hiring managers, and leadership team to improve sourcing strategies and to reduce time to fill an open position.
  • Attend and organize networking events.
  • Complete references and update our HRIS and ATS
Who are you?

You're passionate about technology and have at least three years of experience in Recruitment in Australia and ideally in the Tech/Digital industry. You bring a large network of candidates in the digital industry.

You're a great task juggler. You know what to prioritize and you're so organized and reliable that you almost never drop balls. You're a clear communicator and you're hungry for results and growth. You're such a good team player that everyone wants to work with you!
