Ramsay Health Care, the leader in private health care is looking for a motivated Human Resource Administrator/Officer to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. If you are a strong administrator, who has an interest in Talent Acquisition and is excited about joining this growing field, this role would be perfect for you.

About the role

This is a Talent Acquisition role with a difference! Due to recent team movements, we are looking to strengthen our current capability with an experienced administrator who has a strong background in HR contracts administration. Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by conducting pre-employment checks, contract generation and other on-boarding recruitment activities across geographically dispersed areas Australia wide.

You can anticipate your day-to-day activities will include:
Generate new employee contracts and existing employee contract variations
Provide a superior candidate management experience, ensuring a streamlined applicant process and timely follow-up on any outstanding employee related documents.
Support the recruitment team in a range of recruitment administration tasks, inclusive but not limited to compiling job advertisements, candidate communications, and other such administration duties as required.
Complete relevant pre-employment checks
Maintain the e-Recruitment information system.
Monitor and review all elements of the recruitment process to ensure continuous improvement

About You

The skills and experience best suited to this role:
Ability to give strong attention to detail
Ability to manage simple and complex requests regarding contracts administration
Demonstrated experience in EA/Award interpretation
Being someone who is software savvy and not afraid of working with new applications
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The role will require you to work between our office based at Greenslopes and a home office environment. You will be required to have access to a suitable office space and office equipment at home to meet the requirements of the role.
