Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Claims Manager with Return to work experience to join our Workers Compensation team based out of our Macquarie Park office on a Full Time basis.

The Position:

  • This position can be based from our Milperra office with at least one day in our Macquarie Park Head Office
  • End to end case management of claims including injury management, return to work planning and implementation
  • Participation in medical case conferences with injured workers and their treating medical practitioners to provide safe, timely and durable return to work of employee's.
  • Support employees to manage and increase awareness of Workers Compensation and return to work responsibilities and accountabilities within the business.
  • Conduct regular claims review meetings.
  • Provide reporting to managers and work cover authority when required.

Minimum Criteria:
  • At least 2 years workers compensation claims experience
  • Current NSW Return to Work Coordinator Certificate
  • Professional experience with early intervention, injury management and case management in either an insurance or employer based organisation
  • Customer service and ability to work within a team
  • Basic understanding with medical terminology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong effective communication in all aspects
