An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to become the face of the HR department. The role is required to provide a high level of service to associates and department managers, responding to queries across a wide range of areas.

Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, all administrative functions (including management of associate records and files) across the HR department including recruitment, onboarding/induction for new associates, reward and recognition program, learning and development, reporting, supporting OH&S, and actioning exit processes - handling all tasks in an effective and efficient manner.

You will be a highly motivated individual focussed on developing or improving your skills and experience in Human Resources, and able to demonstrate:

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
Qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources;
Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation;
A high level of confidentiality and personal integrity;
Attention to detail;
Previous experience in the Hospitality industry (desirable but not essential).
