Integrated Human Resourcing is an outsourced HR firm supporting businesses primarily throughout South East Queensland and will be celebrating 10 years in business this year.

We support approximately 1,200 employees across a wide variety of industry sectors and client size as their outsourced HR team. We provide businesses with qualified HR Consultants who have expertise in dealing with almost every situation encountered at work.

The Position

We’re looking for a passionate people person who has the mindset of what’s best for the client’s business to support them in managing their team.

As the firm continues to grow, a newly created position has become available for a part-time Recruitment / HR Coordinator with 3 - 5 years’ experience to join our team based in Burleigh. Initially working 2 days per week, we envisage the hours will increase to full time in the not too distant future.

No two days are the same at Integrated HR! You will have a variety of clients working across many different industries whilst working very closely with the Senior Management team. In this true HR generalist position, you will support each company in areas such as:

  • End to end recruitment
  • Data entry using various HRIS i.e. Employment Hero, FoundU, MyRecruit etc
  • Award interpretation
  • Drafting employment agreements, policies and procedures, forms etc
  • Payroll processing
  • Training and Development
  • Work health and safety – rehabilitation and return to work coordination
  • Performance counselling
  • Employee life-cycle administration
  • Drafting employee manuals, policies and procedures
  • Attending client’s at their premises

About You

To be successful, you must have a high customer service focus with a mature, ethical and open approach to your work.

You will be willing to take direction, work hard and you will have extremely high standards of your own work output.

To be successful you will be:

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources / Psychology or similar
  • Experienced as a HR generalist with knowledge of the Fair Work Act, other relevant industrial relations legislation and able to read and interpret Modern Awards
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and generally computer savvy in order to learn HRIS and payroll systems
  • Professional in your approach to work with a sense of humour
  • Experienced and able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Attention to detail focused with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willing to learn on the job and take direction with a pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude

You will be compensated with an hourly rate matched to your skills and experience.
