Our Vision
As the Talent & Planning Coordinator, we will look to you to manage talent acquisition, planning and mobilisation to ensure service delivery.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be able to react quickly and roll up your sleeves to deliver exceptional service.

Most importantly, you will develop this role with a talent focus in mind using creative flair and the ability to think outside of the box in meeting the 3 main objectives of this role;

  1. End to End Talent Acquisition – you will source talent, manage a talent pool and onboard a variety of blue-collar labour for mining shutdown and maintenance projects to meet customer demands ranging from Mechanical Fitters, Trade Assistants, Boilermakers and Riggers.
  2. Planning & Mobilisation – ensure our talent pool is site ready and on time by administering mobilisation activity including making arrangements for inductions, medicals, travel to meet client requirements.
  3. Service Delivery – build honest relationships with our talent pool and our clients. Relate to the challenges of others, approach communication wisely and be prepared to revaluate work priorities/expectations at any time.

Bring these qualities to the role

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment and mobilisation in the mining/resource sector, preferably in a labour-hire/client-driven environment,
  • Approachability and high level of organisation,
  • Knowledge of employment conditions and ability to create and manage employment contracts and other sensitive data relating to our talent pool,
  • Ability to work autonomously, solve problems and build credibility,
  • A systems/process-driven mindset along with a strong sense of conviction.
