About us

This role operates within the People and Culture division of Jurisdiction Services (JS) in Court Services Victoria. JS is the specialist service arm of CSV that provides corporate support to the courts, VCAT, Judicial Commission of Victoria, Judicial Commission of Victoria and other corporate business areas.

About the role

The Senior Consultant, Future Workplace Planning provides consultancy services across CSV in response to coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on its people at work. The role explicitly supports the development of the Courts approach to flexible working and hybrid working as a response to coronavirus (COVID-19), and the organisations transition from COVID Safe to COVID Normal operations.

This role will involve project based work, partnering with the jurisdictions and the CSV corporate teams to provide clear and consistent guidance, resources and messaging to support both their immediate needs and operational requirements, and longer-term response to coronavirus and onsite working in a safe, productive, modern and tailored way.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience in generalist HR delivery and/or a range of HR specialties. You will need to have the ability to provide clear advice to stakeholders, with strong engagement, collaboration and communication skills.
