Job Description

We are on the lookout for a People & Culture Manager. A true generalist position, this is a stand alone role that will run and continue to mature the HR function that has been in development over the last two years.

There is now a solid platform of HR practice, policies and tools in place that require ongoing management and continual improvement that you can add your own experience to further impact a culture of diversity and performance.

You will;

  • Sit on the leadership team advocating good practice and ensuring people are at the forefront of everything the business does
  • Drive all People & Culture activities from administration, talent acquisition, coaching and advisory to strategic projects and delivery of people related 90 day objectives.
  • Contribute to Senior Leadership Team initiatives to ensure appropriate and well considered growth in Australia and overseas
  • Regular report and contribute to board reports and board meetings
  • Continue projects around refining the performance framework, EVP and values and hybrid working environment, including ensuring the office design supports our blended working employees
  • Advise the business on practices, driving compliance, in line with the Fair Work Act and industry specific awards for our diverse team
  • Drive company communications, including town hall presentations, CEO updates and ensuring a regular cadence of updates both business, people and COVID related
  • Drive training, development and coaching initiatives, sourcing and engaging suitable vendors
  • Collaborate with a genuine, small senior leadership and management team, including founder, to pragmatically solve company and people problems.
