As the Human Resources Manager, you will partner closely with the Executive Team across multiple business units by providing your operational HR expertise and leadership advice while contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation and its culture. You will be responsible for creating and driving the development and implementation of the Human Resources framework initially with a focus on executing new initiatives, change management and talent acquisition. You will be a clear and lateral thinker and effective decision-maker with uncompromising professionalism, unshakable ethics, and sound judgment.

To be considered for this pivotal position you will demonstrate;

  • Proven experience across a broad range of contemporary HR initiatives including employment lifecycle management, performance, culture and safety.
  • Proven experience implementing HRM systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition across multiple role families, both blue and white collar.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Awards.
  • Exceptional communication skills and success building effective internal and external relationships.
  • The ability to stay focused on priorities in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • A passion for improvement and an excellent track record of driving change.
  • Enhanced problem-solving skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • High emotional intelligence and the soft skills required to engage and positively influence others.
  • Resilience, perseverance, a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to 'roll up the sleeves
