We are looking for a Senior TA Specialist who will help us build a world-class recruiting organisation. You will partner and collaborate with hiring managers to identify the ideal candidate, optimise the hiring process, and develop sourcing strategies to bring on board the best fit talent. 


Your success will directly contribute to the business success as you fuel Airtasker’s rapid growth.

What you'll do:

  • Complete ownership of full recruitment cycle for assigned critical business functions - this will include job postings/advertisements, headhunting passive talent, innovative sourcing, filtering and screening and assisting the prospective candidates through the application process till the offer close.
  • Successful implementation of our application tracking system that seamlessly works with the Airtasker organisational structure and hiring needs
  • Instrumental in shaping Airtasker's employer branding strategy and ensuring execution of the story and brand between all distribution channels
  • Ensuring best practice recruitment and marketing/growth tactics are utilised and instituted
  • Promoting a data driven talent acquisition approach
  • Maintaining an open and flexible work flow that enables constant collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Managing projects related to recruitment marketing and targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Assuming the role as brand ambassador and be comfortable representing Airtasker's values and purpose to prospective candidates
  • Support growth into international markets


What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • Proven relevant industry experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and develop wide stakeholder relations
  • Outstanding written and communication skills
  • Good understanding of core marketing principles is desirable
  • A strong growth mindset with a focus on data centric decision making capabilities
  • Keen focus on attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, growth oriented start-up
