Job Description

As HR Business Partner you will play a central role growing, embedding and delivering on the organisations People Strategy. As a key People & Culture partner you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and deliver on HR priorities across the group while ensuring HR initiatives such as workforce planning, capability building, talent, staff engagement and broader transformational change agendas are aligned and embedded across the entire business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Business Partnering: Key visible, hands on partner for all leaders, managers and team members.
  • Coaching & Development: Proactively engage with leaders on evaluating, coaching and enhancing development plans, evaluating broader development needs within the organisation.
  • Employee Relations: Full end-end generalist remit, supporting the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the talent team with regards to workforce planning, identifying growth areas.
  • Performance Management: Support the annual Performance for Growth and Development including communication, systems knowledge and support, and training of new managers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with leaders to continuously improve culture and engagement.
  • Leadership Development: Regular coaching of managers enhancing leadership skills, addressing concerns, and improving opportunities to develop high performing work teams.
  • Organisational Design: Partnering with leaders to evaluate organisational changes within their teams to improve efficiency and delivery.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Continue to foster and grow the organisations D&I strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant qualification in human resources or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working within established HR functions - minimum 5 years' experience
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with proven experience supporting client groups
  • Experience working within fast paced, complex and ever changing environments will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship builder
