Job Description

Supporting a team of specialist in-house Talent Acquisition Consultants, you will provide full end-end coordination and generalist support across the recruitment life-cycle. Possessing exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, you will be managing all facets of the recruitment process, ensuring a hands-on management approach is your number one priority. You will facilitate high volume recruitment activities across corporate and shared services portfolios.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with recruitment specialists and hiring managers with regards to new job briefs
  • Conducting 360 degree recruitment activities through the recruitment platform Page Up
  • Candidate shortlisting and screening through to first round interview stage
  • Stakeholder diary management, coordinating and scheduling candidates interviews
  • Reference checking and due diligence
  • On-board new starters via Page Up

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Previous recruitment experience supporting inhouse recruitment is desired
  • Experienced working with Internal Recruitment Systems required. (PageUp will be an advantage)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, team player with and strong work ethic
