We are a successful Independent Recruitment Consultancy looking for a talented individual to join our busy team as a Recruitment Administration Co-ordinator.

What will I be doing?

Working alongside an experienced Recruiting Team, you will be providing support on a number of recruitment activities and working towards a training and development plan to aid you to the next step in your recruitment career.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Creating and updating employment database with accurate candidate information
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with them accordingly
  • Supporting Consultants with resourcing tasks including candidate searching via job boards, in-house systems and LinkedIn
  • Drafting and publishing appropriate adverts for a number of different vacancies
  • Registering and calling new and existing candidates and accurately recording information onto the database
  • Running searches and completing Mail-outs to alert candidates of new job postings
  • Assisting in the co-ordination of interviews and emailing confirmations to candidates

What skills do I need?

Working in recruitment is rewarding and no two days are the same. Priorities can change very quickly which means you need to be able to cope with change, enjoy working to demanding deadlines and work well under pressure. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with some professional office and insurance experience.

Other important skills include:

  • Communication & Relationship Building - you will be liaising with wide ranging candidates as well as internal staff such as experienced Consultants, Management and Recruitment Co-ordinator. You will also need a strong level of written English skills in order to conduct professional emails and reformat CV's
  • Organisation - You will need to keep on top of your to do list and regularly plan your day, communicating regular updates to your mentor and other team members where necessary
  • Multitasking - You will handle multiple responsibilities at the same time and figure out which is your top priority
