Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate and Property

Due to an internal promotion, Gough Recruitment is offering the rare chance to take on a true hot desk, working as our temp/contracts consultant in our Melbourne CBD (Queen St) office.

You do not necessarily need recruitment experience, our team comes from a diverse industry background including real estate, customer service, and corporate fields! 

With a modern, progressive, fun & collaborative team culture, you will be working under a Director who has been with the business for 15+ years and a strong team of senior recruiters willing and able to help you transition and thrive.

The Role.

Working Monday to Friday approx 8:30am to 5:00pm, your role will consist of;

  • Locking candidates in for temporary work assignments across our real estate and property desks
  • Contacting clients to see if they are in need of staff, temps and confirming dates, experience required, etc 
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Doing up candidate profiles, reference checks, etc 
  • Sending temp agreements to clients to sign off and complete assignment

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an enthusiastic and motivated person, who is driven and passionate to progress 
  • Recruitment and Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential 
  • Ability to work full time 
  • Drivers license preferred
