Exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator based in the Homebush Bay area of Sydney. This is working in a small supportive team with responsibility for their ANZ business

Your new role

  • Full employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee relations including performance management
  • Maintaining employee records and supporting with L&D
  • HR reporting and collating presentations
  • Assisting with the delivery and coordination of HR initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum two years experience in HR within a fast paced environment
  • Tertiary qualification in HR related discipline
  • Results focused, driven and enjoy collaborative environments
  • Sound knowledge of modern awards and legislation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to speak with people at all levels
